- Lavmail.com supplies to transmit video-mails between users.
- Video-mails are stored in the system for 30 days.
- Lavmail.com is not responsible for the content. Only the user who prepares a video-mail, is responsible for the content of his own mail.
- The Video-mail will be deleted, if there is a complaint concerning the mail content, and the sender e-mail adress will be banned.
- The video-mails and the e-mail addresses are not shared to noone.
- If a video-mail causes a complaint because of being against the law, all the information of the sender ( e-mail address, ip address and the video-mail ) will be delivered to the authorized units.

- The users are not allowed to send mails, which contains inaccurate, abusive, threatening, insulting, racially offensive, disturbing, pornpgrahpic, against ethics, against/encouraging local/national/international laws, crime including or illegal material. Transmission of such material that violates any federal, state, or local law, is prohibited and is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- The users are agreed that their video-mails will be stored in the system for 30 days.
- Notice is hereby given that all mails recorded in lavmail.com can and may be read by the operators of the site, whether or not they are the intended recipient(s).
